What is sisterhood nutrition?

Sisterhood Nutrition is about educating and empowering women to take control of their health and wellness, through lifestyle changes, nutrition and exercise.

It all started from the realization of the impact nutrition had on my own health and wellness. Seeing women around me neglect the signs and symptoms of unhealthy lifestyles and eating habits, sparked the need to help however I could. Feeling bad should never be considered normal.

My goal is to guide and support you in developing sustainable eating and lifestyle habits. It’s about making simple changes that best suit your needs, and help you reach your goals.

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach, restrictive diets, or calorie counting. I believe in a personalized nutrition approach, focused on adding more to your plate with delicious nutrient dense recipes. It’s about having fun and enjoying cooking with whole foods. I truly believe in the power of food to make us feel our best selves.

Working together, we will build a bespoke plan tailored to your unique needs, with nutrition, lifestyle and exercise recommendations. It’s about giving you the right tools to reach your goals. Empowerment is knowledge, therefore having the ability to make your own choices.
